We took our first holiday in the Dominican Republic 2005 and fell in love with the country, people and atmosphere. Our first holiday was a "packaged tour" which was adequate, but nothing like what we came to experience once we bought into "Lifestyle VIP Vacation Club". Since then we have returned regularly winter and summer, our last trip being Easter 2009, and have always returned having felt we have been truly pampered and completely relaxed. We are both still working fulltime and are currently unable to make best use of our "Platinum" membership which gives us unlimited use of the resort and accommodation for upto 12 adults/6 bedrooms:
What drives us We would love others to be able to experience the same luxury and enjoyment as we are able to. At first we thought "it was too good to be true" and there had to be a catch. Our experiences have been so good we want to share our "little bit of paradise" with others who want to experience the "better things in life". People The people of the Dominican Republic are very friendly and their resort moto is "We work for you". They are extremely hardworking and aim to make your holiday the best it can be. Spanish is the native language of the country, but most are able to speak some English, French, and German. They are keen to learn and improve their knowledge of your language and help you learn theirs if you want to! A little Spanish goes a long way with such friendly staff.
